I was recently in NJ photographing a Wedding, traveled from FL… one of my bucket list items was to visit Mortgage Apple Cakes, because Angela’s story helped to inspire and encourage me. Because of a tight schedule, my husband and I could not make it during normal business hours. I took a chance and called the bakery even though I knew they were not open yet. The apple cake is so delicious I also really like the vanilla buttercream cupcakes. The owner Angela Logan is so sweet and personable and I wish her a lot of success. I will defiantly be a regular customer!!
