The freshest fish you can buy. Period. Sang wakes up early every morning and picks the fish himself. He won't buy it if it doesn't meet his high standard. Sushi grade salmon and tuna are the same quality as you can get at a high end restaurant. I have been going there since I moved out here 9 years ago. Place order ahead of time, always busy!
