I can live with not so fresh bagel( we were there today, sunday)...I can live with not very hot espresso drinks(latte and cappuccino)... however, bad customer service does not sit well with me, so I must give 3 stars today.Arrogant young lady at the counter, the way she tells you to look at the menu to figure out what they have that's not displayed, which you need a magnifying glass for to read. The food is delicious and artisinal and feels like clean and high quality ingredients. I travel quite far to treat myself to their products.The last time I was there I left my diamond ring at the sink and realized only after closing time. The following morning I reached them upon opening and they got back to me within 2 hours that my ring was found! Extraordinary customer service!
