I had to leave a review for this place — I was driving through the area and needed to grab lunch, and saw this place had some fun vegan options. I thought I knew what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised! That was some of the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had, and the vegan spicy mayo…I may have to go back and stock my fridge at home with it. The ginger tofu was so tender and flavorful — not at all like the tough and chewy squares I am used to!! Would definitely recommend,...
