Placed an order on their website and selected the sandwich I wanted. Picked it up and when I got home the sandwich wasn't the correct one. I called the restaurant and was told that I selected the wrong sandwich, but I have a copy of my receipt showing I picked the right one and was given the wrong sandwich. Will not be returning.

Everyone has different taste. I liked their pizza but the last 2 times the sauce was very bitter. I saw there are new owners. I assume they use different, likely cheaper, ingredients. McDonalds also changed thei Big Mac sauce to cheaper ingredients that are sour. Read about it. I guess most people accept anything.
