“One of my favorites delis is stocked with fresh and delightable salads and cheeses, plus the best Cheese trays ever. I love their fresh chicken tender basket is a must every time I have my family visiting. This is a genuine Gem in NJ.“

“The only place around that opens so early and will make you a breakfast sandwich. So it gets a bump up to 4 from 3 stars for that! Otherwise, food is ok. Cash only so be ready for that and for the dreaded coins as change. Don't forget to grab napkins as they don't put them in the bag. One of the guys is kinda cranky the other, usually in the back, is a sweetheart. Summary: 4 stars for being there when you need them in the morning!“

“I came across this restaurant when I was looking for some Korean food to eat in the neighborhood. I found that they have some Korean items on their menu. I came in a little bit past 5pm and I looked at the menu but didn’t see any Korean food options. So I ordered their house burger with fries. Then I decided to ask, and turned out they have a dinner menu after 6pm. She was kind enough and let me ordered their kimchi pancake from it. The burger was very delicious. The bun has a nice crust all over it. The patty was tender and juicy. It also came with a healthy and generous amount of lettuce. The fries were okay, nothing too special. And the kimchi pancake!!!!!! It was so delicious! It was thin and crispy and had kimchi pieces in every single bites. It might a little oily, but that’s what made it so delicious. I like that you get 2 different types of foods from 2 different continents, and they are both authentic and delicious. The server was very nice. Highly recommended. I’d love to come back again!

“The traditional Italian sub ("#1") was reviewed as the best sub in New Jersey, and I completely agree, except for the fact that their #4 sub (hot prosciutto) might be even better. The folks there are already. Be aware, cash only. There is a small parking lot behind the building with a very narrow driveway and an onto Fairmount St, so maybe it's better to come in from that direction.“

“I have been coming to Munno’s for over 22 years. I have never had better penne vodka and I travel extensively gobbling up food in different states and in Europe. The staff is always friendly and willing to take an order for a tray of penne vodka to be ready for us the same day. My family is now obsessed with Munno’s as well!“

I reminded her of Tinos, where we have in the past got 3 foot heroes and antipasto platters. We called and that was all she wrote! Delivery on time and the food was out of this world!! “So on the outside, this place is not so easy on the eyes. It looks like a halfway shut down makeshift deli. When you enter, there is a narrow pathway to the register but a very big sandwich making area with alot of choices and premium meats. I was super hesitant but with limited time decided to give it a chance, I ordered the godfather on a hero. It was the best sandwich I ever had! They even presented it in premium boars head paper with the boars head sticker! The prices were excellent! Give them a chance! You won't be disappointed!“

“Great sandwiches. Good staff. Great hot food. But the prices are unaffordable and at this point as much as I love the food, I won't return ever. Ordered 2 heros. Philly cheese steak and a chicken cutlet hero fresh mutz. 1 order of lasagna about 5 inch square and a tiny rice pudding.
Total price 55 dollars.
Sigh. Smh.

“I walk by this place everyday and stopped in one day to try the food because I was hungry and just got off the train. I was hesitant at first because I read the reviews and people complained about the food and service. I wanted to try for myself and see.

The place is clean and well organized. They also have plenty of menu items. I ordered the steak and cheese with pepper jack cheese and everything on it and a side of fries.
The cook was attentive and friendly. The steak and cheese was probably the best that I have had since I moved back to NYC.. I just moved from Florida.

The fries were not as good though which is why I took away a star. I love French fries and they tasted like they were warmed up or something. I also bought some snacks and they had some healthy selections for snacks which is a plus.

The cashier was also friendly and also attentive.

Overall it was a good experience and I will probably be back. The location is the best.
My only suggestion would be to elevate the French fries.“

It's national smashiess month. it's good to have the owner as a friend until this day.
