The service was non existent today. I want to say they tried but it’s difficult. We ordered glasses for the wine twice but they never came. We ordered Gyoza twice but it did not come either time. We ordered soda and had to ask twice before getting it and then ask twice for the next round as well. We have been here in a bit and it seems the service has disappeared. Very disappointing. The Christmas decorations are still up.

I have never experienced such high-effort service before. I was out for an early birthday dinner with a few family members, my uncle in particular, enjoys his drinks with ice (lol who doesn’t.) However, after he ordered his signature coca-cola, we were told there was no ice left. Understandably, my uncle was very upset and made it clear to the worker.
