Simply Vietnamese is a perfect place for a craving for Pho, with attention to detail and fresh ingredients in all dishes. The Pad Thai, lemongrass soup, and bao buns are all exceptional. The staff is wonderful, providing exceptional service every visit. The salmon in clay bowl and soup pot dishes are outstanding. While the menu is smaller, making decisions easier, the pho is light in flavor compared to other restaurants. Parking is ample near the center of town. For a different experience, other menu options are worth a try.
