This place is a travesty. Raw dough and burnt cheese, this is an insult to pizza. Spend your money elsewhere, because you shouldn't waste $30 on poorly made "pizza"

Ordered an Italian sub and a half extra cheese and half sausage,mushroom and onion pie. First of all the pizza was overcooked. Crust was dense and flavorless..and on the end crust what's with the sesame seeds? Don't belong on a pizza... The first bite reminded me of spaghettios.. yeh from the can.. the cheese didnt seem to be be real mozzarella...no extra cheese here either....the sausage tasted decent but that's all that saved it. The sub didn't have tomato or vinegar on it...not impressed. The Jackson location was a lot better will not go back.

We've eaten here 4 times in the last month. Ordered pasta entrees from the menu. The sauce is delicious. Everything was made fresh, the servers and the counter staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

The pizza is the best in the area. It's a shame that the service is so terrible. This is not a "Brooklyn" attitude. People from Brooklyn are not so abrupt. I feel like an inconvenience ordering and sitting down to eat my pizza. It makes so little effort to be nice, especially when you own a business.

Gave me a 2 hour wait time on a pickup order. I called 2 minutes later and they refused to cancel the order despite confirming that the wait time was still 2 hours later. Done with this business and their even worse ordering service, Slice, who claimed they could do nothing about canceling because the restaurant was not answering their phones. The food must be delicious for customers to put up with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, but I never had the food so couldn’t tell you.

Called for pick up, one plain pie,guy says 50 minutes, waited an hour, get there, the guy says sorry we gave it away to the wrong person. Waited even longer, for a pie, get home & this is it… very disappointing. Burnt all the way around! Understandable it’s a Saturday night, but to wait an hour,& get there to be told it was given out to the wrong person & have to wait longer to receive a burnt pie. Disappointed!

I placed an order from here today and took 2 and a half hours to be delivered, every time I called they kept making excuses and that the driver will be there shortly, mind you I live about 5 minutes from this place. Terrible service and the pizza wasn’t even good. Never ordering from here again they suck.
