Don’t know what’s going on with that kitchen within these past few months but I’m done giving this location my business. I get the same order every single time I step foot in this place, or order out. This time, I was dining in, ate small, & placed my usual order to go so that I can have something for the next day. I watched the waitress write down exactly what I ordered word for word so no fault to her whatsoever. I ordered a cheese burger with bacon and nothing else on it. Bun, burger, cheese, bacon, nothing more nothing less. Why did I go home to a DOUBLE patty cheese burger with bacon (✅) lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion … This is the 3rd time this has happened, yes I’ve kept track. Twice in person, once online. I don’t understand why they take the EXTRA time to make my order wrong to add toppings that I specifically said I did. not. want. I’m done trying, no idea what’s so hard about making a cheeseburger with just bacon LOL

The reason of this review is to mention about the stuff and management during the night while football game , notice the manager or person in charge been rude , argumentative and poor direction on staff , at time communicating with our waiter while attending to us table of 8 , not professional to be honest. Someone please correct this manager with corrective measures or send her to people treatment class.

I work in the industry as a chef, and I like to unwind and relax and have a great burger at Buffalo wild wings after working in the kitchen in a fine dining restaurant…. I just walked out after sitting for 14 minutes with no server coming up to me not even to greet or ask what I wanted to drink… The best is that I was sitting at a hightop table with one of the managers standing no more than 3 feet away from me, yapping up a storm with two friends. And there were two other managers in the kitchen, standing there, talking up a storm, not even walking the floor to see what’s going on… I sat there, waited and waited to give me a possible chance of a server to show up but nothing. I’m very disappointed because I always have a good time when I go there just to unwind and today I left very upset and stressed out. The young lady at the takeout booth/counter saw that I was upset and asked me what happened and I told her and she apologize profusely. The two managers did come out of the kitchen, stood there so that I was talking to her and didn’t say nothing to me. The other manager that was talking to her friends, decided to start walking towards the kitchen after seeing they both came out.. As I said, I just left there maybe eight minutes ago they can see on the cameras for themselves and how long I was there and how nobody was on the floor to watch for new guests. Very disappointed Buffalo wild wings upper management needs to address this.

The wings are quite good and i enjoy them often, do try the blazing hot ones as they are truely a delicacy. One must also try the thai curry wings as they are most exelent. I prefer the boneless wings as boneless means more meat per bone. The fries are also quite good and one should always strive to eat as many wings as one can.
Vegetarian options: Dude its a meat place dont go here if you dont eat meat

It’s chain wide, the rings were gross. Full of oil you could wring out the oil from these. Just soaked and unedible. Go for beers and TV’s I guess. You will get a good sight line easy.

This place is good, but I could see the wings are getting smaller and smaller I used to go to the Eatontown location anyway I love Long Island iced teas and Nicole is the bartender and the waitress the day I went with my friend the Long Island iced tea’s were blue ribbon You should give Nicole a raise triple her salary thank you Nicole for the best Long Island ice teas. I believe she’s there on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays anyway it’s worth it to call up to make sure she’s tending bar if you like Long Island Iced Teas !!!!!!

Honestly, wish I could give this location more stars. Because I’ve never had a problem here. Until last night, my Fiancé ordered dinner under his name for pick up. So happens that, there were two guys with the same name picking up. And the customer picked up our order by mistake. Well, while I was there. The customer came back with our order and picked up his correct one. BBWs tried making us take the food the customer returned. I asked for them to make me a fresh order. Because I don’t know if this customer touched my food or not. The female manager on duty was RUDE. And wasn’t understanding my concern whatsoever. I’m not looking for a free meal here. I’m just stating the obvious to make it known. That it is absolutely NOT okay to give out food that left the store.
Also, top it all off. After they made us a fresh order of wings. Brought it home. For it to be wrong. What a waste.
