We visited KPOT Toms River for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, we told our server (Nina T) that we had never been to KPOT and didn’t know how it worked. She admitted she was fairly new herself, but then offered no guidance or support. Even after I said directly, “we need help… we don’t know what we’re doing,” no one stepped in to explain, assist, or oversee the table.

Great time very friendly & helpful staff who will take the time to explain everything to you. I love fogo de chao but I actually preferred it here the miso soup was excellent the Szechuan soup was very spicy food mixed with miso temperate. It was great too.
My family of 5 had dinner here. We had a great experience! Our waitress Francesca was excellent at explaining how everything works to us. She kept our drinks full and was there for any questions we had. Make sure you go hungry because you get a ton of food ! We will definitely be going back again soon !
