“I ordered a large catering order and when I went to go pay for it, sitting by the register was spinach Stromboli's... It looked so good, I had to order one for lunch. Well, it had to be the BEST Stromboli I have ever had. If you have never tried Della Cucina, you need to because you do not know what you are missing. A BIG 5 star for this establishment and also very clean and friendly service.“

“Our family is staying in Ortley Beach renting a house. Because of the pandemic it is so difficult to find someplace good to eat. We all love Chinese Food and were very disappointed in our choices in the area. We decided to try Dynasty Kitchen on Fisher Blvd. in Tom's River. We were pleasantly surprised to see they will deliver to Ortley Beach. They told us our order can be there in about 45 minutes. Lo and behold our order arrived in the given time but the best surprise was the food is absolutely delicious! We had egg rolls, fried wontons,wonton soup, pork in black bean sauce, pork chop suey, egg foo young, General TSO Chicken, chicken in black bean sauce and chicken and broccoli. Let me tell you, this food is excellent! The egg rolls were ok. That was the only thing we were okay with but nothing out of the ordinary. We had roast pork fried rice and shrimp fried rice. The prices are great too. All that fed a family of 5 adults and one 8 year old. It out cost about $90 dollars. We have tons of left overs too!! Check them out!“

“If you have not tried Saige Cafe in Jackson, stop everything, and run. 🏃‍♀️ All i can say is, AMAZING! Coffee is perfection and so far I have tried one food item that was fantastic. They have pre-made salads that look awesome if you are in a hurry, but you can order one as well. Atmosphere is beautiful, modern and serene. I cannot say enough about this place, and as much as I want to keep this gem all to myself, I want it to stay forever! So go!“

We were blessed with Daniel and Mary Ann as our maître d’s (Kristin even surprised us with both of them day-of!) and Laurie as our bridal attendant. They were absolutely incredible — always one step ahead of our needs. I swear, my hand never went without a drink, my dress was always fluffed, and they even helped me in the bathroom, carried my bouquet, made sure we ate… truly, they anticipated every single need before we even had to ask. I can’t express how comforting it was to have them by our sides.

I also brought a ton of personal décor items, and the Clarks team set everything up perfectly. I walked into that room and teared up, it was everything I envisioned and so much more!

This team truly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every single moment and detail. Their passion, care, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. I still can’t stop dreaming about our wedding day — it was more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined, and I owe that all to Clarks Landing Yacht Club.

From the very beginning, Summer was incredibly helpful and responsive — answering all of our (many!) questions about booking, menus, and logistics. “Thank you Blue Collar Catering on your amazing job for our 50th Anniversary party. We opted for the Full Service Catering and it was our best decision. Providing china and utensils was perfect, as were the tablecloths and napkins. You also thought of things we would never have thought of like water glasses and pitchers!

I can't even begin to tout the professionalism of your two servers, Trish and Lauren. They were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and they expertly passed the delicious appetizers. The kitchen and outdoor setting was absolutely spotless when we left and they helped us store the leftovers.

Lastly, the food! Our 3 appetizer choices of quesadillas, crab cakes, and mini spring rolls were delicious as were our 3 entrees. Everyone raved about the food which was plentiful. Our sheet cake was also delicious!

“I made a bar mitzvah with him the nicest guy in the world customer service number one I by mistake told him the wrong date a week difference I don't know what happened he got ready he made all the food one day before you call me just to make sure everything is fine and I explained to him that it's a week later he did not get mad he told me things happen and it was okay I do business with a lot of people in Lakewood and New York he is one of the most amazing people out there have a guarding the food most people don't understand food he has amazing food we use the party planner that was amazing together this is most beautiful bar mitzvah we ever did and yes the best caterer and the best food out there must-try is beef jerkyBest poppers.
