Firstly, there are enough vegan flavor options that i got choice paralysis looking at the menu. I was so used to having one vegan option I nearly forgot what it was like to have to pick between several good options.
Secondly, the flavor and texture of the ice cream is bar none. So creamy, didn't melt too much, and delicious too. I find it's often very hard to hit all three boxes of yummy, feels good, and looks good in vegan food, especially dairy replacements, but Coney...
Stopped in for ice cream with the family and was super impressed with how efficient the service was, standing room only and the line was out the door but the staff were calm, friendly and worked quickly and neatly! The shop was very clean and well maintained, we all enjoyed our treats, the pistachio soft serve was delicious
