Dunkin' Donuts in Toms River

“Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all by himself, it’s honestly incredible. I don’t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he’s a one man show. As someone who worked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. So if you go there and they’re a little slow, know it is definitely not for a lack of trying. If you’ve seen him you know I’m not exaggerating.“

“I’m going through a rough transition seeking housing and this location has been a blessing to me. Friendly atmosphere, plenty of outlets to charge devices, including USB ports if you only have cables to charge with. It was clean and had great lighting for a bookworm like me…I’m hypersensitive to light and it was perfect here. I know people tend to leave complaints over small things and mix ups, that can happen anywhere. Their friendly service served me exactly what I wanted and the cappuchino and Boston Cream donut were amazing. A great start to my day, runnin’ on Dunkin’!!!!!!!“

“This is a really nice and quiet Dunkin. They have very friendly staff here and the food tastes like all the other Dunkins. The place can really use a face-lift though perhaps some new paint and a sweep up would help. But overall I'm proud to go in there to use the bathroom and get a coffee anytime I am in that part of town.“

“Tasty Donuts and a great place to get a cup of tea or coffee, but the inside closes at 8:00 p.m. so if you're out with some friends and just want to sit and talk into the night it doesn't work anymore. I remember when Dunkin Donuts was open 24 hours a day. I like those hours a lot better.“

“Went there today for first time in awhile. As the Dunkin Donuts in Pine Beach has been making errors in my orders ... I was happy with my hot Vanilla chia ... it was how I orderd it. But the lines where long and slow... But I will drive there again ...Because Pine Beach as of late can t get their orders correct..“

“Usually great at this location but today they either gave me the wrong coffee or didn’t make it properly. There was another lady there getting her coffee and the size was the same as mine. I asked them are you sure this is my coffee, I can’t have caffeine. They insisted it was mine so I brought it home. There was no caramel in it, so how can I trust it’s decaf? I had to throw it out.“

“I just got a coffee but it was made to my liking. Just cream and sugar. Most times I have to pull over to add sugar.(I have to keep them in my dash ) because most of the time they forget to put any sugar in!!! I was pleasently surprised that it was right.“

“Hi travel from Lacey township to go to this Dunkin' donuts because they actually make your frozen coffee delicious I don't like had a charge for whipped cream I never used to but all of a sudden now it's an add-on come on guys you guys make enough money let's make the whipped cream free“

“I don't understand why they need to build so many of these..... there are literally 4 of them within a 5 mile radius by me in hackettstown and they are building another one literally right down the road from one at the moment.
