Manger was working the front, I walked in and wait for some one to acknowledge me, when I finally was acknowledged the manager was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed I came inside instead of used the drive thru. I ordered 2 DONUTS and 1 Muffin and only received a muffin. Terrible service. Asked for an iced coffee with cream no sugar and I was given a coffee we milk and wayyyy too much caramel. Asked for 2 munchkins and they charged me for 3. I can only rely on Beachwood to make my coffee right. Also my server was rude as well.

Usually great at this location but today they either gave me the wrong coffee or didn’t make it properly. There was another lady there getting her coffee and the size was the same as mine. I asked them are you sure this is my coffee, I can’t have caffeine. They insisted it was mine so I brought it home. There was no caramel in it, so how can I trust it’s decaf? I had to throw it out.
