My favorite food is ramen! Korean but I can’t find that in Ocean County! Finally talked hubby into trying ramen & I found this place for date night! This place nailed my expectations & beyond! The food so amazing! So fresh, delicious & worth every penny! BYOB & prices are budget friendly & portions that will fill your belly! The owner, wife & the new chef killed it! we were just here for the 1st time and met chef Cody. he was friendly had great recommendations. we got 2 specials the oxtail ramen and the fried chicken bao. both were very good. I am mad at myself that it took me this long to finialy get over here to try it. I will be back!!!!

Brick N Broth Ramen Company is a new hidden gem in Brick, NJ. The atmosphere is amazing, welcoming, and a whole vibe. The service is wonderful, with professional and friendly staff who are attentive and helpful from start to finish. The food is phenomenal and impeccable. The oxtail ramen is delicious and flavorful, and the jerk chicken ramen is described as WOOOOW. The oxtail bao buns are tender and flavorful, and the pork belly bao buns are also highly recommended. The plantain (maduro) combo is perfect. The owner is nice and friendly. This spot is a 10 out of 10, and customers definitely recommend it and will go back.
