I ordered takeout on my lunch break. I got the kids Jerk chicken bowl. To my surprise it was way more then I expected, and Packaged well. A wonderful twist on Ramen, So delicious. I most definitely will be going again. Highly recommend..!

Brick N Broth is bringing a much needed ramen experience to Ocean County. Chef Wayne and his family has brought a amazing fusion flavor to us.

This shop itself has such a cool yet minimalist feel making the place just seems bigger. BYOB with plenty of space to stretch.

I ordered the gyoza, veggie ramen, and the tonkotsu ramen with extra charsu. The broth is just awesome and strong flavor that the ingredients itself don't get lost in....

The food was absolutely delicious!!! So many flavors trapped into a single bowl. I came here for a meal and was instead blessed with a flavorful experience! Don’t not hesitate to come in for a bite.
