I don’t understand why this location is so terrible . Drinks are never correct . The employees are not nice… ever! Just left there and instead of making the orders which we placed on the app so they should have been done , they were arguing . This is quite literally the only location on my area I have an issue with . Get it together !!

Awful experience. I ended up being 15 minutes late for work cause I placed a mobile order online and had to retell them everything I ordered after they tried to charge me for someone else's order. The attitudes were horrible and the food was cold by the time it was handed out. Really bad way to start my day. I don't usually write reviews but this is my 5th time going to this dunkin and my order is usually always wrong. I give multiple chances for places cause no day is ever the same. But this is a really awful establishment. Today was my limit here.

I have veen going to this place since I'm a kid,, all three my kids had their first job here,,,ever since covid lockdown and return, this place has been a disgusting disgrace!!!!, it's filthy inside and out,,staff is awful, multiple people work in drive threw and ignore up front,, one time I the only person in there stood up front for 7 minutes, then your staff had nerve to give me am attitude when I said I been here 7 minutes,,, this place has really turned to yuk for lighter words!!!,,, just terrible and breaks my heart as a long time customer ? ?
When I got there. There was hardly any people in the store. I was able to order my breakfast sandwich and sit down and eat it. It was pretty good experienceKid-friendliness: You could bring your child or significant other to sit down and enjoy your breakfast sandwich or lunch.

I not sure how there is so many bad reviews, I come about once a day to this location and my coffee is always made correctly! Especially during the morning rush like 6-7am The staff is always so nice! I see the same lady in the drive through almost every time and she's such a sweet heart! Always say good morning how are you and have a great day! Im not the type of person to complain unless it comes to my coffee order and never have had an issue here! I think some people are being over dramatic in their reviews as this location is tiny, and the drive thru can get packed but I have never had an issue. Also if you're complaining that much, maybe it's time to start making coffee at home!

waited for 45 min for 1 coffee and a sandwich waited 5 more minutes for another coffee never again will we be going back. 3 other customers walked out with us and left there food or drinks in there.

I always get the wrong order at this location. Staff moves slower than a three toed sloth. Looks like the staff could use a cup of coffee themselves. Macchiato is always stirred and basically a cup of milk. Last time I went will be the last time I bother visiting. The girl did offer to add more espresso to my cup of milk so that was nice. But the wait for my initial order then waiting for it to be fixed was really long. Even though I was one of two people inside. It is clean inside so there is a positive note.
