Waited a minute for server to wait on us as she was cleaning racks. We ordered 1 sandwich & 1 bagel & 2 drinks and I ripped the server. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. Luke 10 minutes. Heard 1 bagel called and watched other patrons leave with our food. Brought up the receipt to the counteract appeared they realized they gave the order to someone else. So we went back to out table & waited & waited & waited more. Nobody brought our food. Finally went...

Two weeks after the storm and this Duncan still only has their exit to the highway plowed and open, the entrance still completely blocked with snow and ice. I watch like 50 almost accidents per hour. Shame !!

Customer service is great, a girl named Ashley was very kind and took my order quick, my coffee was great and when I asked who made the coffee it was this employee named EJ they were both so wonderful to me!!!
