Have been going to Hana since 1992. Food has remained great. Ate at Hibachi with rolls for appetizers most recently. Quite satisfied all around. Service is polite but spotty. Communicating any menu question impossible at best. Will continue to return for the food

Ok food, and no show? The whole point of Hibachi is to enjoy your show with your meal, and that is not what I got with my meal. The food was basic and tasted like I just went to a Chinese buffet. Oh, and the Sushi was horrible for $11 it was defently not worth the price! My expectations were high and I was sadly let down.

Jack has owned Hana for many years. I think his place is one of the best sushi places in the area. Since the construction started out on rte 9 in front of his place his business is off 50 persent. That really is a shame because it is is small family business and the sushi and hibachi are the best. I go as often as I can, I hope other people and new people too will try to go so he doesn't go under. It might be a little inconvenient but it is definitely worth it and the lunch...
