Been a fan of Jon Bon Jovi for as long as I can remember. When I heard he had opened a restaurant and it was pay what you can I was excited and wanted to go. Dining here has been on my list of things to do for a long time. Years ago I heard an interview with Jon Bon Jovi where he talked about this restaurant established by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation where you pay what you can and always dine with dignity.
