We had a graduation party there it was very nice. The food was ok. We had the lunch special. They forgot some of the items we ordered.

USED TO BE AMAZING!! me and my family would come here once a month for at least the last six years. This time it had been a few months since we had been there and the quality has become absolutely dreadful. The “filet mignon” could not have been better than London broil. It was fibrous tough and tasted like liver. It was definitely not the fault of the cook. It was just terrible quality food. The miso soup was nothing more than salt water and the salad with carrot and ginger dressing was terribly bitter. For the lobster we got three pieces about an inch and 1/2 x 1“ and that’s it. It was just terribly disappointing from what I would have expected, and previously experienced, from this restaurant. What made everything so much worse was how rude the manager was when I tried to explain my feelings. Mind you the first thing that I said was that I was not looking for compensation and that I just wanted to provide honest feedback. She was extremely rude and she had the nerve to tell me that I ate all of my sauces believe it or not. And I told her that I needed the sauces to cover up the low quality of the food that they were serving. She was awfully nasty and should NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY with the fact that I did not ask for any compensation!!! She continued to arguing with me saying that the other tables weren’t complaining but they clearly were not regular customers who have seen a dramatic decline in their quality. It also does not mean that they will ever come back!!! The only reason that I gave ANY stars was because this was not the fault of the wait staff or chef!! I will never come back here again. I brought several family members, and I am extremely embarrassed for bringing them to such an inferior restaurant so much so that I had to pay the entire $300 bill. My bills are typically $250+ for 5 people but they have permanently lost our business.

This is our favorite local sushi spot. Always tastey, quick, and high quality. It is a pricier option but it's always worth it. They never disappoint.

Koi is hands down the best Asian fusion restaurant i have ever been to. The food is awesome, evey single dish they have is soo delicious in its own way!!!

Recommended dishes: Sushi Rolls, Teppanyaki, Steak, Coconut Shrimp, Walnut Shrimp

One of my go to places for dining, the food is always delicious and consistent. The only downside to Koi, is the front entrance needs sprucing up. Maybe that is the Plaza's job, but it looks rather dismal.
