When you do a mobile order app, you shouldn't have to wait when you go and pick up your food. Especially when it's fifteen minutes later , it should be ready

Avoid this Mcdonalds at all cost. Rude Managers they talk about you in Spanish and laugh thinking we dont know what they are saying. Order my son a frappe, they gave him strawberry whip cream instead of normal. My son does not like strawberry. When i asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager in Spanish said tell him we only have strawberry cause cancer month. There was a regular whipcream bottle right infront of the machine. I asked for no whipcream then, they said they can the machine is now down. Still has Monopoly signs up saying play here. All month they didnt give out any play pieces. Employees said Owner is cheap he wont buy new packaging materials. All the materials were from 10 yrs ago. One employee felt bad and got me 3 cards with pieces on them. Manager came out yelling at her saying there not for customers. Who are they for then. Please force this owner out they give Mcdonalds a bad name. P.s. cant even prove i made a purchase to corporate cause machines never have reciept paper in them its always empty. Again employees said owner is trying to save money. Napkins are hiding behind counter like fort knocks

Never have food ready. I ordered 3 cheese burgers and a coke in the drive thru had to wait for ten minutes. No one behind me and no one in front of me. Absolutely crazy

I occasionally go to this McDonalds and quite often there’s flys in the dining area especially in the summer time. I ordered some fries yesterday and they were room temp and soggy (this was around 3:30 in the afternoon). I went to the counter to exchange for freshly cooked fries and the manager said I already ate some - like I had the nerve to ask for a fresh batch of fries. I walked away without getting any fries. Won’t be back.

Door dashed a Big Mac, Mcchicken, Large fry and bacon McDouble and received have of our order in a sealed bag. Tried calling the store and I had a better chance of calling Elvis. Might as well throw money in the toilet next time I feel like ordering out

Very disappointed. My 82 year-old mother picked up food for my son and they shorted her a meal. She drives back with a receipt and The manager refuses to make good on the food that she ordered. Such a shame to treat a 82-year-old loyal customer like this. Not good business practice just lost a very Loyal customer and word will be spread.

This location is absolutely terrible when it comes to drive thru service. Almost every single time I go there they are side tracking drive thru customers to parking spots or to the front of the building, to wait for their food because of some "window quota", no matter how many cars there are in line.

I'm really getting annoyed. We literally paid down there three dollars for iced coffee and every time they could never make it right I'm not trying to sound like a Karen, but extra cream and extra sugar is not hard to do every day. I go back giving them the benefit of the doubt and they still keep messing it up Money adds up it's starting to get annoying. Just make the coffee right
