Very disappointed. My 82 year-old mother picked up food for my son and they shorted her a meal. She drives back with a receipt and The manager refuses to make good on the food that she ordered. Such a shame to treat a 82-year-old loyal customer like this. Not good business practice just lost a very Loyal customer and word will be spread.

This location is absolutely terrible when it comes to drive thru service. Almost every single time I go there they are side tracking drive thru customers to parking spots or to the front of the building, to wait for their food because of some "window quota", no matter how many cars there are in line.

We literally paid down there three dollars for iced coffee and every time they could never make it right I'm not trying to sound like a Karen, but extra cream and extra sugar is not hard to do every day. I go back giving them the benefit of the doubt and they still keep messing it up Money adds up it's starting to get annoying. Just make the coffee right

They were friendly , to everyone, but me and my father .... the energy changed as soon as me and my black father came in there. The lady with with the missing teeth acted as if we bothered her or she was disgusted. They were really mannerly until they saw us as well ... the "thank you" and "you're welcomes" stopped. Don't go here... drive the extra mile to other one

My Oreo McFlurry was mixed that’s 20000 stars right there & nuggets hot and fresh if I lived down here I would come every week on some big back “stuff”
Update:came next morning order a breakfast sandwich and gawdddd they were fresh and hot I love it here

Did not bring food to table despite the table markers. Only 1 kiosk worked, waited about 15 minutes. Kids were hungry and so was I so it wasn't a great experience. Food was good though.
