We visit Seaside Heights several times a year and always vacation there in September. Friends from Pa. where we live found out about Mid Shore and told us. Best information to get is word of mouth. We checked them out and got fantastic hoagies for lunch at Barnegat Light house. I loved what I saw in the meat cases while we waited for our sandwiches so we went back the morning we were going home to buy steaks and fresh made mozzarella. All were fantastic. I'm VERY picky with chicken & this was one of the Best pre-made/pre-cooked chicken cutlets I've tried ?..seemed like they prepped the chicken very well by trimming & cleaning all fat off..

Just the absolute best at everything.. go in and talk to Sal and the rest of the staff.. order the sal special sandwich (chicken parm but on garlic bread with vodka sauce and pesto) it’s just beyond on this world.. from the cuts of meat to the freshly prepared pastas and sandwiches.. I’d go FAR out of my way for this quality food.
