Great Food and amazing service!

Order was incorrect I asked 3 times for the platter I called to ask for it corrected and they hung up on me. Terrible customer service

I placed a takeout order recently and was very disappointed with the experience. I ordered a torta with fries, and the portion of fries was extremely small and cold. The torta itself was not toasted and looked very sloppy when I opened it.
I called my order in about an hour before closing, yet when I arrived I still had to wait because the food was not ready. Overall, the quality of the food was not appetizing, which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to the meal. Had I noticed everything sooner, I honestly would have returned it.

Came here for lunch yesterday and got the Chorizo Burrito and a Jarritos soda. The service was quick and polite. The burrito was good. Was not the best I've had in the area, but was still flavorful.

I was told it would take 15 minutes, because everything is made to order, but it came out faster than that. I did not dine-in.

The biggest let down was, I had never been to this establishment so I went off the online prices. Burrito and Soda was posted as $15 total, price came out to just over $20. For that price point I prefer another Mexican restaurant on Hooper.

This place is worth visiting, I would recommend dining in to have the most accurate menu/pricing.

We love ortegas! They have such great authentic Mexican food. The service is always great. It's super clean inside. My favorite is the burrito en salsa ranchero.

Great food!

If you think you didn’t need the guacamole with pork you’re wrong. This is incredible. Overall we like their food, always food and definitely flavorful (rice lacks flavor) and the staff is really nice.

Always great, delicious and fresh. Portions are generous and priced fairly, if not a little bit underpriced for the portions, but don't tell them!

Family owned and operated. So support them, they deserve it.

Also, great baker for almost any occasion!
