Zero stars. Spreads were moldy and pretzels mushy. Woman manager was nasty and rude
Common customer of this pretzel establishment after a few bad experiences we still give them another chance. This time they did themselves in, to say the least they ran out of cinnamon dip and put an empty container under the cheese so we didn’t see it! All they had to do was tell us that they ran out of dip and we could’ve gotten something else. Such poor professionalism, don’t waste your time here.

Listen im gonna make this as short as possible but the first time I went here I walked in on a holiday weekend and just thought I was going to walk out with a tray in 10 minutes but once i saw the amount of orders and the people working relentlessly I said to myself well im not getting anything today lol fully understandable. So once I understood what I had to do it has been great ever since. Now I did place an order on 4th of July morning at 10:30 am knowing i needed it by 5 pm but I set my pick up time for 3:55 why because I knew my order would not be ready till 4:15 why because they are filling so many orders and have 7 people working as fast as possible its just the nature of the beast so with all this being said I sure hope you read this thru and learn something from this because I absolutely love these and they go over so well at a party or get together. If they made them in the am and sat around all day they would be hard and you would be disappointed so lets use some common sense. P.S. I have no affiliation with the owner or workers who are all very nice as long as you are so use your brain and do it correctly and you will have an awesome platter that everyone will love.

Where do I even begin with the absolute disaster that is the Pretzel Factory on Hooper Avenue? The food handling is nothing short of disgraceful; I can't fathom how the board of health deemed this place satisfactory. It’s downright alarming!
To top it off, the customer service is a whole new level of atrocious. I was challenged for using a $50 bill on a $60 order, and when I asked for clarification and attempted to resolve the issue, the manager came over and was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and downright nasty. How can a business of this size, run by multiple franchisees owners, refuse to accept legitimate US currency? Has the world gone mad, or is it just this establishment?
I work incredibly hard for my money and love supporting local businesses, but this place has lost my patronage forever. I was belittled and made to look like an absolute fool in front of a store full of people—all over a mere $50 bill. It’s absolutely unbelievable!
I urge the owner to take a long, hard look at their staff and hold them accountable for their outrageous behavior towards loyal customers. I will never, ever step foot in this store again, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before risking their health with potential moldy cream cheese or facing hostility over using legitimate currency. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place at all costs! You deserve better!

The women told me I was rude for showing up 30 min before closing and started slamming the doors and mopping around me? I’m still here and she’s talking about me to her co workers that my generation needs help because we’re inconsiderate. The other employees seemed frustrated with her

Went to get the new everything rivets, was told in a nasty way they are made to order. I got plain and 3 bottles of Dole lemonade. She gave me the box and didn't close it, I asked for a bag and she handed me one, didn't even offer to help put the bottles in it. Get home and the lemonade was expired. Won't go back.

Don’t understand how people are so rude when you ask questions. Found a Groupon for a discount for Toms River Philly Pretzels. Called and asked nicely how to go about using it. The manager which was a woman sounded like she was on some thing. Told me that the owner of the building makes his own coupons and he hands them out. Those are the only coupons that you’re allowed to use. They don’t accept any other coupons. Why does Groupon have Philly pretzel coupons discounts? Great customer service honey! Find another job because you’re Customer Service is in the garbage.

Pretzels were absolutely horrible, so stale and rock hard. So disappointed since I ordered these for a work event. They were very clearly reheated from the day before. Waste of $56. Wont be ordering from here again.

The RUDEST woman is working at this location. She treats customers like they're stupid and gaslights them all. She tells you to stand outside at 8 AM when they open at 10 AM to place an order. Will never give this place our business again.

Tried to order online and kept getting a buffering symbol from 7:30 am on. Tried again figuring they needed to be open, pick a desired time suggested by their website and still had an issue. Called them thinking there was a problem and their answer was “We can’t help you and that they were busy and they suggested coming in. I asked about how long it would take to make the platter if I couldn’t order online and I was told they couldn’t tell me. Never ordered. Never will and this was for a gift for my son’s group home staff that I had to come up with another idea in an hour. Thanks Pretzel people!
