Over the weekend we made a trip to Toms River, New Jersey but this time to attend the wake of our dearly beloved Roger, who reposed in the Lord at the age 89.

Sweet Carolina Barbecue Tims River is the best! The brisket is tender, juicy and flavorful!!! The cornbread is vey moist it melts in your mouth! The best baked beans and Cole slaw are delicious!
