The young man at counter is exceptional however, there is an extremely rude woman that there and she clearly doesn’t like her job or people . The pretzels are amazing but who wants to pay their hard earned money and put up with unpleasant customer service.
I love this place. It's a little inauthentic, because the pretzels aren't cold and stale like in Philadelphia, but it's very inexpensive and a great treat either for yourself or for the office. Wide selection of mustards and dips, and I am also a big proponent of the pretzel dogs. I don't stop in her enough because it's a little out of my way, but when I'm in the area and it's open, I never miss it.
