Love Smashburger, the burgers are certainly fresh. Made to order, and customized if you choose. I've tried even the chicken sandwiches and salads as well. Love it! Enjoy an Ice cream shake too!

Don’t think we’ll be eating here again. Food delivered in a timely manner, roughly 45 minutes which seems to be the norm during this pandemic. However the food was so unbearably salty, soggy, food was missing things it was supposed to have and left us feeling so ill.

Just picked up my order and none of it was right. They put mayo on everything that wasnt supposed to have it forgot the bacon on everything and still charged me for it. And forgot a sandwich all together.

Very good burger, fresh, hot and juicy. The bacon was big and soft not thin, brittle and breaking up and falling out. Fries were crispy and hot. My only reservation? It's a bit pricey, with a soda it came to about $14.00

The people who work at this location are not very bright. I have had multiple problems with them getting my order wrong. The woman I dealt with today did not even know their own menu. I ordered a sweet potato "smash" fries. The difference between "smash" fries and "regular" fries, for those like the woman who works there who don't know, "smash" fries have rosemary seasoning. When I told her "smash" fries she put in the computer reg sweet potato fries. I told her that's not what I want. I want the smash fries. She looked at me like I was an idiot. I told her there is a difference between smash and regular...you know that right? She just kept staring. I told her the difference and she said you didn't say you wanted rosemary on it. Sad to say this isn't the first encounter with stupidity at this location. They clearly don't educate their employees on the menu. Every time my order is wrong the manager doesn't care or even apologizes. I waited almost an hour for my meal for it to be wrong. I won't be returning here.

The Toms River Smashburger got my order wrong and when I attempted to fix the issue I got horrible customer service from the manager Susan. She kept talking over me (raising her voice) being very very rude, hung up on me, and when I called back she hung up on me again, I proceeded to call back and they would not pick up the phone. I've always been a customer of Smashburger but after that horrible customer service I will definitely not be going back.
