Very nice but I ordered light ice and the cup was almost completely filled with ice??? Ordered a venti and got the same amount of drink as I would in a tall.
I placed an order and forgot about it until hours later. When I explained what happened and that I used my points not only did they remake my coffee but upgraded the size! Now that’s awesome customer service! The coffee was made perfectly too!
Barista was so accommodating! I needed a dairy free option and she customized my drink for me

Starbucks coffee was awesome customer service when they remake coffee and upgrade the size after a forgot order. The coffee was made perfectly too. workers always give a nasty side eye when ask for iced waters but the girl with long black and red hair was nice. The tik toks are so true and LOL when they gotta do something. they are always after hours later.
