“​My husband and I stopped in randomly on a Thursday night and were blown away from start to finish. We were seated promptly, and the whole evening—from the ambiance to the service to the food—was truly excellent. There was even live music playing in the background; while I couldn't see the entire band, the performer on the piano and vocals set a fantastic mood.

​We started with the Tuna Tartare and the Lobster Roll, both of which were delicious. The complimentary bread service was fantastic as well (though I'm glad we didn't ask for seconds because the main course was enough!). For dinner, we shared the 18 oz USDA Prime Bone-In New York Strip and a side of Lobster Mashed Potatoes. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, but the lobster mashed potatoes completely stole the show—they were loaded with massive chunks of claw meat and ended up being my absolute favorite part of the night.
​The hospitality was top-tier. The manager, Javier, stopped by our table to check on us, and multiple servers made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.

“Had a great time at Lee's celebrating my birthday. I've wanted to go for years and I finally made the trek out there. Drinks we pretty good but the food was much better than expected. I'd highly recommend making the trip from NYC if you have the time and thirst for tiki.“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “I stopped by to watch a game and ended up staying for dinner. The bourbon bacon burger was cooked exactly how I asked, and the loaded waffle fries were crispy and perfect for sharing. The bartenders were friendly, drinks came out quickly, and the atmosphere was energetic without being too loud. Great neighborhood sports bar with solid food and excellent service.“
