Called in my order greeted by amazing customer service, only thing that raises an eyebrow for me is how smart the delivery driver is on a consistent basis, that intelligence may cost an innocent outstanding company in the long run
My favorite bagel and coffee place. Great coffee but terrible phone service. I called 3 times for a to go order and they left me on hold for over 10 minutes every time I called back. I was so excited for my coffee today but unfortunately I never got it. I was so upset that I didn’t want a coffee anymore.
I ordered a chicken salad on croissant via delivery and it was literally 6 slices of lettuce, tomatoes and chicken salad was spread as if it was mayo on bread. A blt was the same with 2 slices of bacon. I seriously doubt they serve it this way when you eat in because a customer can complain. Through delivery….
