I am very dissatisfied with what occurred today at Tiki bowls in Totowa. I was enjoyingmy Açaà bowl until I felt something weird while eating. I noticed the kiwis looked old. When I took a closer look, the blueberries had MOLD on them. I immediately felt ill, causing me to vomit. I’m sure I’ve eaten so many of them before I actually realized the mold. This is very bad service and I am really disappointed. on top of CANT REACH A MANAGER or anything

These bowls are so good. I had the Kale Mary bowl. I never had the kale base before and can’t wait to come back for more. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and great bowls with fresh ingredients! ?

The most amazing place ever if you want a refreshing dessert! I loved the Nutella Bowl that you guys offer and I absolutely loved the amazing service that both Briana and Nicole have offered to me! The establishment is both beautiful and clean, and I even love the small sand box that you guys have by the window up front, an absolutely lovely detail. Everyone that has a chance to order or go into the establishment should and I will frequent this place more often!

Update: As you can see the owner replied to me asking for the location. I didn't include it in the original post because I was leaving a review for the Totowa location so I thought it would be obvious. But let's assume they can't see that on their end, so they assumed it was the Nutley and only checked that one. There are only 3 locations so it shouldn't be difficult to check the other 2.
I called the Totowa location June 8th, 2024 at around 8:00 pm asking what time they closed. I was told that they close at 10:00 pm and they serve customers until close time. I arrived at 9:30 pm and of course they are closed. It even says 10:00 pm on their website for all locations. Unbelievable how they can just lie to customers and do whatever they want. The lady on the phone was also rude, terrible customer service. It is a shame because I really enjoyed this place and now it is filled with personnel who are unprofessional that talk about inappropriate personal matters while serving customers. If you say you close at 10:00pm then that does not mean 9:30pm.
Delicious acai bowls, quite actually better than Playa in my opinion. The freshest fruits and the flavor of the acai is perfect. The portions are amazing too. My favorite acai place ever!

Such an awesome idea to have a cute beachy theme açaà bowl spot! The customer service was amazing and friendly. I ordered a kale bowl with almond butter and gluten free granola. Thank you for a delicious and healthy light dinner!

I come here multiple times a week and my bowl is always made perfectly. The girls that work here are also very sweet. The only downside is that recently they have started to put very little peanut butter on the bowls so now I have to go in as opposed to calling in my order ahead of time. However, that does not take away from the great service.
