Just ordered a Jacked Smootie and It’s Probably One Of the Worst Smoothies Ever! All it tastes like was almond milk. Barley any banana or peanut butter or chocolate protein in it. Worst 10 bucks I spent. Literally just ordered and picked it up. Very disappointed.

Tiki Bowls is my go-to spot for açaí bowls! The quality is amazing—the açaí is always thick, smooth, and packed with flavor. They don’t skimp on toppings either. Everything from the fresh fruit to the granola and nut butters is super fresh and delicious. You can tell they care about what they’re serving.
The place has a really fun, beachy vibe and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re looking for something healthy, refreshing, or just really satisfying, Tiki Bowls delivers every time. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Need to prioritize better.. I was picking up a delivery and literally everyone in the store was service and left before I got my order. Waiting forty minutes for one bowl. With uber the order is sent before we even arrived so they pushed my order back on purpose and had attitudes everytime I asked. Being here for 30 minutes for one bowl while walk ins are being served is crazy be better.

I am very dissatisfied with what occurred today at Tiki bowls in Totowa. I was enjoyingmy Açaí bowl until I felt something weird while eating. I noticed the kiwis looked old. When I took a closer look, the blueberries had MOLD on them. I immediately felt ill, causing me to vomit. I’m sure I’ve eaten so many of them before I actually realized the mold. This is very bad service and I am really disappointed. on top of CANT REACH A MANAGER or anything

The most amazing place ever if you want a refreshing dessert! I loved the Nutella Bowl that you guys offer and I absolutely loved the amazing service that both Briana and Nicole have offered to me! The establishment is both beautiful and clean, and I even love the small sand box that you guys have by the window up front, an absolutely lovely detail. Everyone that has a chance to order or go into the establishment should and I will frequent this place more often!

Update: As you can see the owner replied to me asking for the location. I didn't include it in the original post because I was leaving a review for the Totowa location so I thought it would be obvious. But let's assume they can't see that on their end, so they assumed it was the Nutley and only checked that one. There are only 3 locations so it shouldn't be difficult to check the other 2.
I called the Totowa location June 8th, 2024 at around 8:00 pm asking what time they closed. I was told that they close at 10:00 pm and they serve customers until close time. I arrived at 9:30 pm and of course they are closed. It even says 10:00 pm on their website for all locations. Unbelievable how they can just lie to customers and do whatever they want. The lady on the phone was also rude, terrible customer service. It is a shame because I really enjoyed this place and now it is filled with personnel who are unprofessional that talk about inappropriate personal matters while serving customers. If you say you close at 10:00pm then that does not mean 9:30pm.
