When they're good it's great. So often they are not. My Turkey BLT had not bacon. My Texas Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup was so salt it was inedible. Also, the service tends to be S.L.O.W.
For improvement I would recommend two things: First, taste test your foods. Second, check that your orders are filled correctly. Third either hire another cook or a cooks helper - No one wants to wait 30 minutes for a grilled cheese.
