McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but the staff here is amazing! I’ve never felt slighted or offended when I’ve visited and it’s so clean! This is possibly the best McDonald’s in the area.
The drive through was incredibly slow. And it wasn't that crowded, it wasn't lunch time, so I don't understand what the problem was. The young man at the drive through told me he didn't know why things were so backed up.

I go to the McDonald's on Chambers st and Hamilton Ave. I like the point system, the App they have to earn points and get deals. But, sometimes the food from this McDonald's seems old, like for instance, I order Carmel Frappe' all the time. I hate when by the time you get up to the window the whipped cream is melted, and there's not enough Carmel, especially when I pay for extra! And they could definitely use a little more staff that speaks English.
