Online order to pick up. Service was a tad slow but I attribute that to the food being cooked to order. I really like the decor of the shop which was pictures of what I can assume were the parents of the owners as well as other Caribbean/African artwork. And as a west Indian from Brooklyn, you can take my word for it that the food was great. Good portions. Well seasoned. And tasted like the shops I went to back in the day from Brooklyn. This place feel off; the food used to be very good but now it's mediocre. I ordered the red snapper. The sauce that was on this fish looked and tasted like a spaghetti sauce. The snapper itself was not flavorful and it really did not look like a red snapper fish. It was not a whole piece of fish it was a portion of fish.

During the call, the tone of the customer service representative was not very welcoming or professional. When I arrived to pick up my order, I also noticed a lack of courteous service skills, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming.
