“I really enjoy this particular location. The customer service is really impeccable. A major shoutout to McKenzie at this specific location (right next to Kohls). McKenzie is always such a friendly and kind person as I’ve been served by her before. She doesn’t know that today I had previously been waiting in line at the other Dunkin location across the street next to the Starbucks on 42 and no one there ever acknowledged me in the drive thru to take my order. So I left empty handed and came over to this location even though it was on the other side of the road, opposite of the direction I was traveling. McKenzie immediately lifted my spirits just by simply greeting me and on top of that even offered an incredible accommodation to me when I inquired about the pumpkin donut which happened to be sold out. You truly never know how you can be the one to positively impact someone’s day just by simply being attentive and friendly. I didn’t even expect her to go above and beyond as I was just happy to be served, and she did so much more for me! Thanks McKenzie!
