Every time she’s there, she’s smiling, full of energy, and somehow makes everyone’s day better. She treats every customer like they’re the most important person in line, and her positivity is honestly contagious.

“Bleach blonde girl working today (Monday 2/12) had quite the 'tude after I needed a mere 4 seconds to realize the difference between a "handcrafted" and "hot" beverage to use my rewards. I had a baby in my arms and was quite flustered with one free hand and really didn't appreciate how cold she presented herself. I even gave a decent tip, thinking that would at least have her chipper up and smile or say thank you or something. But no. I didn't complain at all, I just wanted to know what my points paid for. Plus there was no one behind me, and no one in the drive-thru, so it's not like she was in any rush. Do better!“
