I had a baby in my arms and was quite flustered with one free hand and really didn't appreciate how cold she presented herself. I even gave a decent tip, thinking that would at least have her chipper up and smile or say thank you or something. But no. I didn't complain at all, I just wanted to know what my points paid for.
