“I highly recommend the Royal Mile! My husband and I enjoyed a nice coffee date here yesterday. We enjoyed chatting with the worker Matt, who was very professional, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and clean but the coffee is even better. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the decaf options. The decaf pumpkin spice coffee I ordered was so good that I bought a bag of coffee. We can’t wait to go back.

“I came in on a Monday morning about 9:25am the staff was very pleasant and very polite the service was very quick everyone smiled at me I purchased a medium iced coffee with a breakfast sandwich and it was very good ? I was actually surprised because usually things are made halfway these days but it actually was a very decent breakfast thank you!!!!!!

“Took my granddaughters to Tim Hortons. It was jam packed. Both the drive through and the indoor had a line outside and down the sidewalk. We wanted to try the food. He really knows what he’s doing.I was blown away by Chef Traci’s incomparable Salmon Sliders for lunch. He’s nailed the taste, the texture and the simple modest, but professional presentation. “The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.The owner was their that day. He was also super nice, and respectful of the employees.I am more of a mom/pop coffee shop kind of person, but I love coming in here as a destination for my walks in the neighborhood! “Rude and ignorant staff to a Veteran on Memorial Day. Not sure if it was one of the owners. People working the counter have no hospitality experience what so ever and are clueless. They get offended quickly when you ask a question about their watered down product. And I quote the red head bearded guy behind the counter wanting to know what was poured into the coffee "I didnt poison you if that what your asking" when I questioned the container of liquid being poured into my coffee of what it was located in the mini fridge with a red top after I ordered a decaf cold brew and I saw him pour maybe 2oz. of I assume decaf coffee into the cup, the rest 3/4 of ice and cream. big rip off for $3.50. would. it recommended or ever go back. Took 2 sips and through it out. Learn how to treat your customers and don't employ your buddies friends or family members or local kids who have no hospitality experience because they have no clue what it means to actually work or serve the public.“

“This Dunkin is by far the best one I have been to. Always welcoming, staff greets you with a smile, whether it's walk-in or drive-through. Walk in they know my order every time, even when I try to switch it.. I have had other Dunkin Donuts but this one gets my coffee right every time..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK“

“Their customer service is great. I have a Dunkin near me where I live and I stopped going there because I disliked the service. I started going to this one and they remember my name my order and everything! I accidentally ordered something a bit too early and it was sitting for awhile and they remade it for me and everything even when I was the person that placed the order for the wrong time!“

“This was such an unexpected find. The atmosphere is that of a cafe in a train station. It’s a small place with two tables and four chairs.

The service is fast. The food is yummy. There are many choices of coffee and food. We had bacon, egg and cheese on croissants and a bagel. Everything was fresh and made to order.

We also had an iced latte and it was perfect.

Highly recommend for anyone who needs a quick, delicious bite to eat.“
