“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“They made a small pretzel tray for me last minute for a party! It was a hit and the guests ate them all! The pretzels held up well on the drive down to Baltimore too. Thank you so much for coming through for us!

“I have been a Fan of Philly Pretzel Factory for a long time now! Every time I go to this location I get the best pretzels!! They are hot and fresh! I am greeted by the staff the minute I walk in. “I LOVE this location! I can’t say enough positive things about it. Extremely clean, accommodating, patient, fresh and DELICIOUS! I had the best experience with Mason and Yazmehene. They helped me to make a hungry Girl Scout troop of over 22 girls extremely happy for their meeting! 100/10 recommend! And for any Burlington County people now living near this location ….THEY HAVE BOOST SLUSHYS!!! RUN DONT WALK TO THIS STORE!

Kid-friendliness: Very patient with a few indecisive kiddos! Much appreciated!
Wheelchair accessibility: I am a below the knee amputee and parking was a breeze for me at this location!“

“I grew up in Mt. Ephraim and come back once a year to visit family and eat cheesesteaks, pizza, hoagies, pretzels, Pretzels, and PRETZELS 🥨❤️🥨.

“Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“
