First timer here. Good friend of mine actually suggested this place. Ive only had the bbq chicken pie. Nice touch on the sour dough. IMO it's a 8. I will say it very similar to the bbq chicken served out of mystic pizza in Conn. IYKYK.
It is very hard to find good gluten free pizza. Well we've found some at Brick & Dough! My daughter was so pleased! She said it was the best gluten-free pizza she has ever had. I must say, it was very tasty.😋 It is definitely worth another road trip.
The Detroit style Gluten Free Pizza probably is one of the most phenomenal pizza's that I've eaten. It has a chewy center, good crust and the numerous amounts of pepperoni on it make this pizza worthwhile. I'm not gluten and I found myself wanting to eat this over and over again.
