Love love love the food
they are so sweet & kind here, I would literally be here everyday JUST for the service alone! their vegan selection is limited, but in this area of Hudson County they genuinely have more options than most other places! I typically get 2 or 3 vegetarian empanadas and it comes with any choice of sauces - I always go for the spicy verde sauce! definitely come check out this amazing local business in Union City!

Empanadas X-Press offers delicious, well-seasoned empanadas, arepas, and cachapas that are generously filled and packed. Their beef empanadas and carne asada arepas are popular choices, and the dulce de leche empanada is a must-try. The ambiance is simple, just enough to sit for a few minutes before getting back to the day. The restaurant provides a great variety of empanadas, with many fans considering them the best in North Jersey.
