The Colorado Omelet was excellent and the coffee was great. Servers were fantastic and very funny, hospitable, and polite, always having refills for drinks. The food was great and specials were very well priced. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the automatic tip added for larger parties, which they felt was not clearly communicated. The interior of the restaurant was worn down and a little dirty, needing revamping. Waiting time to sit down can be 20 to 25 minutes, and after sitting down, waiting for food can be from 11:30 to 12:14. Overall, IHOP provides a satisfying dining experience for both locals and tourists alike.
