Went to this McDonald's after a concert. They were obviously not prepared for the amount of people that came to their restaurant. My friends and I placed our orders back to back. While they got their food in a timely manner, we did not. We waited another 20 minutes. There was only one staff member serving the entire restaurant inside while the manager stood over the fries like they were going to run away if he didn't watch them. This morning at 645am I went to purchase bf for a homeless.The guy at was at the register was beyond sweet.The reason I say that is because every person he took of was with so much respect.He went above and beyond for each customer
Unfortunately this McDonald’s has been getting very bad in the last recent years, I usually go here once in a while but this time my mom was visiting and she wanted wraps because she worked at McDonald’s a few years ago, I ordered through the app at 1:30 am got to the store at 2am and still waited 20 more minutes for the staff to even acknowledge I was there on the pick up window.. this place isn’t good anymore.
