Im a customer who spent a lot of money and tips very well. I ordered Chicken Lo Mein with carrots No Onions. My food arrived with pork in it. I called to complain about this order. I didn't go off, nor was I rude when complaining about the food. The lady on the phone got angry with me and asked if it was little or a lot of pork. I said Ma'am it doesn't matter how much pork is in it." The fact is there's pork in my food, and I don't eat pork." I can send you a picture. I just received it, and I didn't pick through it to see how much pork was in it. It's right on the top. I replied. She got very angry and began to speak in her language laugh and hung up the phone. I called back requesting a refund. Moments later, the driver showed up with food and no refund. I didn't want the food after how I was treated over the phone. If you do not eat pork, don't order from here. I just learned that they cook everything in the same pans without cleaning, and if you have pork in your food and complain, you will not get a REFUND!!! THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS!!!!! THEY JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. I WISH THEM ALL THE BEST. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AND HANDLED DIFFERENT IF SHE WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS CONCERN.

This restaurant always has excellent and fresh food. The staff is always friendly and they remember your name when you call more than a few times. Fast delivery and fast pickup. Been coming here for years. Highly recommend.

Food is always great and flavor is consistent! Restaurant always answers the phone in a timely manner and food is ready fast. I drive 25 minutes from home because there is no other quality food like this place since my wife and I moved from Union. Definitely recommend !

This is one of the dirtiest places I have ever been too. My friend son who happens to be black was racially profiled and when I ordered from there. They proceeded to not out gloves on when handling my food and the lady at the register was very unprofessional. This place needs a real deep cleaning cause it was dirty and the man was washing a dish with his hands. Will never go back!

Ordered through the phone and the woman on the other line was completely RUDE when I did not have my CVV information ready. Yelled at me over the phone then proceeded to charge my card and tell me they could not deliver my food. Completely unprofessional and rude. No way to talk to a paying customer.
