Visited Hadez food truck at the Mount Olive Carnival. My wife and I had the smoked brisket sandwich. The brisket was excellent, the sauce was flavorful and did not over power the tender smoked brisket. As a mac and cheese lover Hadez makes a great one!
The best BBQ around! The most Amazing bursts of flavors exploding together in one bite! Today I tried the pulled pork loaded fries ! Unbelievably delicious! We also tried the smoked brisket mac and cheese nothing we have ever had comes close ! The man knows how to smoke in the flavors which will melt in your mouth! Definitely follow this truck for an amazing meal every time! Great service and the friendliest staff! ❤️ 5 stars hands down!
Found this stand at a Bacon fest and their food was the ABSOLUTE STAR!!! Everything was seasoned and cooked beautifully. I would have posted a picture if I didn’t eat it all before remembering to take one ? It’s a MUST HAVE experience for food and service!! Cannot wait to go back where ever they go next!!
