This is a beauty of a hidden gem in Elizabeth, NJ. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a restaurant before like I did in El Parador Rojo Restaurant. I will admit the food is very good, but also very pricey. However, the people are so warm and friendly, very inviting. The live music is very fun and I love seeing the customers dance! I never leave reviews but when I tell you the food is good the food is GoOd like OMG. It was so good I was dancing in my seat because I was so happy on how good it was. But even the staff members were amazing! So sweet and nice. Always came to check on us if we were okay, and were So friendly. I loved it. 10/10 amazing food and
