I'm in this Dunkin every day. I love the coffee, sometimes the coffee tastes watered down but I still drink it. The workers are always cheerful and helpful. Thank you for making this place my first stop from home

The place is clean, and the food is great. However, the cashier is more interested in conversation with females than in servicing real customers, dragging up, and wasting time. To add on top, he got the order wrong, which delayed the process. The wait time for food and product is another issue, which demonstrates the lack of a positive customer experience.

I ordered 30 number donuts a week in advance for my son’s school birthday party. I get there to pick up and they told me they forgot to order it. That is unacceptable. I’m beyond aggravated. My son was looking forward to giving out these donuts with the number 7 on it to his friends at school.
For an Italian who comes to America you CANNOT fail to stop by and get something from Dunkin'.... Having a savory breakfast with American coffee was very nice. Then there are a sea of nuggets... Advised.

Great little Dunkin Donuts location when on the go traveling (the very busy) morning traffic through Morris Avenue, Union, NJ. Fast and courteous service, hot coffee, great donuts and muffins! Very small parking lot so be prepared to park on the side road (or on the avenue) and walk in (no drive thru).
