I ordered 30 number donuts a week in advance for my son’s school birthday party. I get there to pick up and they told me they forgot to order it. That is unacceptable. I’m beyond aggravated. My son was looking forward to giving out these donuts with the number 7 on it to his friends at school.

The pick-up order was correct once out of about 7 attempts. It doesn't matter the time of day. They never have the blueberry donut, and if you don't check your bag, they will let you leave without saying anything about not having the product or products you already paid for. I'm at this point upset with myself for giving this place 7 attempts at putting a donut in a bag properly. ZERO stars...

Great little Dunkin Donuts location when on the go traveling (the very busy) morning traffic through Morris Avenue, Union, NJ. Fast and courteous service, hot coffee, great donuts and muffins! Very small parking lot so be prepared to park on the side road (or on the avenue) and walk in (no drive thru).

Ok coffee shop, only problem is the croissant. It is not a croissant, it is an egg bread in the shape of a croissant. If all Dunkin Donuts do this they should be ashamed of themselves.

I go here all the time bc it's near my job. New staff is wonderful!!! Friendly and package and cook the food with care. NOT a fan of people they've had in the past. But I like the new team.

Randomly stopped in as I was in the area buying tropical fish. One of the tastier macchiatos I've had from a Dunkin. The machine was definitely clean! The whole store was practically spotless when I walked in. Service was good too. Parking was a bit confusing but there's a lot you can park in. A sign in the store says "family owned and operated since 1968" and it shows.
Small sit-down area but comfy and clean, next to Xmas tree and Xmas songs playing, DD Radio!

I'd give you one start if I could. Your staff is rude, slow and lay! Whether you go to the dunk8n and order or do a mobile too pickup td ALWAYS SLOOW!!!..AND the order is wrong. It's dunkin it's not rocket science...I put a Togo order rin 20 mins prior, I get their no order. I ask do you this order she says one min..she serves 3 more people looksat the screen and still no order..I ask again what about the Togo order she says rudely one minute...if you can get the job done then close the store...and fore the employees..their lazy !!
