The service is slow, you wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. It seems they only focus on getting the pick up orders ready. Pay attention to your walk in customers too, we matter! I don't have 10 minutes on my morning commute to wait for a cup of coffee.

I brought an Iced Coffee. The transaction went well until the cashier broke my DD card as she was swiping it!! Did not have any replacements on site. What a bummer!!

I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, or at least make any eye contact. Two crew members behind the counter passed and looked over me about three times before assisting me. I used to frequent this store and always received a warm welcome upon entering, but I guess good hospitality is a thing of the past. I understand it could get busy at times, but at least let the customer in line know that you'll be helping them soon.

I went there on my work uniform made my order 4 people got there stuff before me 1 person even ordered the exact same thing, the workers had a I don't give a them attitude with me and I know it's because I'm a road worker.
